74 Days To Go!

Our Story

Some love stories start like sparks in the night,

Ours came in quietly, soft and just right.

At a crowded friend’s party, where music played loud,

Aleks saw Ana stand out in the crowd—

In an Adidas tracksuit, confident and true,

And in that small moment, something just grew.

A spark was there, though timing wasn’t kind,

So life pulled us apart, yet kept us aligned.

But a year later, like fate knows the way,

We found each other again on an ordinary day.

One simple decision, one moment, one start—

On June twenty-seventh, you captured my heart.

Since then it’s been laughter, and hand in hand days,

New cities, new skies, and a million new ways

To fall more in love with the life that we share,

In the quiet, the chaos, just knowing you’re there.

In Punta Cana, we danced till the morning light,

Dreams whispered at sea under stars soft and bright.

We fell asleep to the rhythm of waves on the shore,

And woke to a sunrise we couldn’t ignore—

Mimosas in hand, with the world still asleep,

A moment so simple, but one we would keep.

In Italy’s streets, where the old buildings stand,

We wandered through time with your hand in my hand.

Every café, every sunset, every view,

Felt less like the world—and more like home with you.

Then Lake Como arrived, calm and glowing and still,

With a quiet kind of magic that bends to your will.

A boat on the water, the sunlight so gold,

And a love story unfolding, beautifully told.

You said you were cold and turned just away,

But came back on one knee where forever would stay.

The ring box was upside down—then laughter broke through,

Because nothing about us is perfect… just true.

Through tears and through laughter, I heard my heart say,

“This is it. This is home. This is where I will stay.”

From a crowded first moment to “yes” by the sea,

From almost to always, just you next to me.

And as we begin what our future will be—

I know it’s forever for you and for me.
